Minerals and microelements - the foundation of life
Life on Earth was originated in the ocean, that is a solution of various chemical elements. Therefore, mineral substances, involved in all metabolic processes, form the basis of all living organisms. All mineral substances, in accordance with their content in the body, belong to one of three groups: macro-elements (often called minerals), microelements or ultramicroelements.
Minerals include calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulfur, chlorine and magnesium - the content in the human body is in the range from 0.1 to 10 percent of body weight. Trace elements include iron, zinc, copper, manganese, silicon, molybdenum, manganese and other elements, whose content in the body does not exceed 0,01%. Contents of ultramicroelements is even lower - within the hundred-thousandth of one percent of body weight. Nevertheless, some of them, such as cobalt, play a vital role in metabolic processes taking place in our body. From the standpoint of modern science, trace elements are nesessary components of food, as well as other minerals. Changes of content in the body of mineral elements, caused by environmental, occupational, climatic factors, or malnutrition, lead to a deterioration of the organism and disease.
Comparative analysis of the World Health Organization has shown that in present fruits and vegetables contain far fewer minerals than 10 years ago. At this affects their premature collection, as well as further reduction in the amount of useful substances after cooking.

As we reflect on the number of minerals and other nutrients that fall within our bodies and its relevance to the needs of the organism, we have rightly come to the question: What will happen next and how to solve this problem?
Today brought a solution to this global problem as a supplement normal diet with biologically active additives containing a concentrated form those necessary for the body nutrients that we are not able to obtain from the depletion of the nature of civilization. An integral part of a healthy lifestyle, along with a healthy diet and regular physical activity, in our time is the use of dietary supplements.
The form in which minerals are contained in the supplements, very strong effects on their uptake. Assimilation of inorganic minerals does not exceed 10%. Minerals in chelated (organic) form are digested 4-7 times better. And the most biologically available and most digestible form is a colloid form, in which the minerals are contained in the liquid supplements. Colloidal minerals are assimilated by 90 percent or more.
