Arginine is a natural substance which belongs to a group of amino acids and is produced by our body. This amino acid is also part of the protein, which we take with food. Milk products, meat and cereals contain high amounts of arginine. Our bodies can synthesize the amino acid arginine, but certain factors (eg, stress, high physical activity) can reduce the production of arginine.
Thus, arginine is an important amino acid, which "feeds" our body. Organism produce from arginine nitric oxide. Nitric oxide contributes to vasodilatation, and thus, improves blood circulation.
